Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how RxDelta LLC, operating under the RxCore brand ("RxCore", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with rx-core.com (the "Site"), our public company portfolio. It applies only to this Site. The software products showcased here are separate services with their own privacy policies, which govern any data you provide to them.
2. Information We Collect
The Site is intentionally minimal. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment features. The information we handle is limited to:
- Email correspondence. If you contact us at our email address, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information about requests to the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, debugging, and keeping the Site running reliably.
3. Cookies and Tracking
The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising networks or social media trackers. We do not use invasive analytics that profile individual visitors.
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- respond to inquiries you send us;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- investigate abuse, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. This applies to visitors of this Site and is the same standard we hold across every product we build.
6. Service Providers
The Site has no database. Product listings are static content in the Site's code. The Site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (currently Vercel), which processes request data such as IP address and browser details on our behalf to serve and secure the Site, under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not give any provider permission to use visitor information for their own marketing.
7. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain a record of our communications. Server logs are retained for short periods consistent with our hosting provider's standard practices and are then deleted or rotated automatically.
8. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern transport security headers. Access to our infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the minimal data this Site handles.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business company portfolio and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can browse the Site without providing any personal information. If you have emailed us, you may request access to or deletion of your correspondence at any time by writing to the address below, and we will honor the request unless we are legally required to keep a record. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will accommodate verified requests accordingly.
11. Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@rx-core.com.
