These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rx-core.com (the "Site"), operated by RxDelta LLC, a New York limited liability company, under the RxCore brand ("RxCore", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational company portfolio. It presents the software products and ventures built by the RxCore team and provides a way to contact us. The Site does not sell goods or services directly, does not process payments, and does not require or offer user accounts.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by transmitting malware or imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• misrepresent your affiliation with RxCore or use the Site to impersonate any person or entity;

The Site and its contents, including the RxCore name and wordmark, text, graphics, animations, page designs, and underlying code, are owned by RxCore or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent.

The Site showcases separate software products and ventures. Each of those products operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply when you visit or use that product. Links from the Site to third-party or product websites are provided for convenience only; RxCore is not responsible for the content or practices of linked sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, pharmacy, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site creates a client, patient, or professional relationship between you and RxCore.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxCore and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
